Community Education

Wellness wednesday learning about red envelope
The Seton Center believes in giving charity the right way which is offering a hand up and not just a handout.

Because at its heart, true help isn't just about temporary relief, it's about fostering lasting independence. Giving a hand-up means more than just alleviating immediate suffering; it's about restoring dignity and empowering individuals to take control of their lives. We work collaboratively with people, helping them identify sustainable solutions and build the skills and resources they need to overcome challenges and thrive. We're not just giving a fish; we're teaching them how to fish – for a lifetime of success.

We offer community members workshops that include job readiness, health and wellness, and computer literacy to name a few. Please see our list of partners and collaborators that assist us with facilitating these meaningful workshops!
