Job Fair

Seton Center, Inc.’s Outreach Office, in collaboration with Frederick County Workforce Services and Chamber of Commerce, Pennsylvania CareerLink, the Town of Emmitsburg, Mount St. Mary’s University and Mother Seton School, invites local employers, educators, trainers and job seekers to attend the second annual Job Fair of the Northern Frederick County Region on Monday, October 8, 2018 from 1-4 p.m. at Mother Seton School’s gymnasium, located at 100 Creamery Road in Emmitsburg Maryland.

Job Seekers:

Job Seekers of all skill levels and work experience are invited to come and personally speak with employers from a highly-varied number of industries. The Job Fair is an open-door event with no need to register in advance.


This is an opportunity for employers to actively recruit and engage entry-level, semi-skilled, skilled and professional workers, as well as recent college graduates for part-time or full-time positions.

Last year, employer registration sold out early, with 37 individual businesses, schools and agencies attending: Manpower, Frederick Police Department, Computer Enhancement Systems, WLR Auto Group, Emmitsburg Glass Company, Carriage House Inn, Liberty Mountain Resort, Coronation Media, RR Donnelley, Pennsylvania CareerLink Adams County, Mattress Warehouse, Konare Law, Higher Ground Financial Group, Mount St. Mary’s University, Visiting Angels, Best Plumbing Specialties, Hagerstown Community College, Waffle House, Pella Corporation, Frederick County Public School, Shepherd’s Staff In-Home Care, Seton Heritage Ministries, Frederick County Workforce Services, Axiom Staffing Group, Sleep Inn & Suites, Frederick County Emergency Communications 911, Ascentis Real Estate Partners, St. Joseph’s Place, Aramark/Mount St. Mary’s, Seton Center, Inc., Division of Animal Control, Frederick County Sheriff’s Office – Corrections Bureau, D.L. Martin Company and DLM East Inc., Frederick Community College – Education & Dining Services, UIC Bowhead and BWise Manufacturing.
